Free shipping is currently configured for supported destinations. The service shown at checkout is the final confirmation for the selected products and delivery address.

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Delivery Estimates

Any estimate shown at checkout or provided with tracking is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery time can vary by destination, carrier operations, customs processing, holidays, weather and address accuracy. We do not publish a fixed express transit promise where the configured checkout method does not provide one.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
