PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

CHELLAVIVA independently curates and retails third-party beauty products. Product brands retain ownership of their trademarks, packaging, names, and formulas.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, packaging, colors, sizes, prices, ingredients, and availability accurately.

Manufacturers may change packaging, labels, or formulas without advance notice. Customers must review the product information and warnings received with the order before use.

ORDERS

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, product unavailability, payment problems, delivery restrictions, or other reasonable legal or operational concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Customers must provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.

PRICES, CURRENCIES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

The final currency, product price, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, duties collected at checkout, and total payable amount are displayed before purchase.

Orders may be processed in the checkout currency displayed to the customer. Banks or card providers may apply their own currency-conversion or international-transaction charges.

Payments are processed by Shopify and applicable payment providers. CHELLAVIVA does not store complete payment-card numbers.

SHIPPING AND IMPORTATION

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

The customer is responsible for import charges not collected at checkout, subject to applicable law.

RETURNS, WITHDRAWALS, AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations, withdrawal rights, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

For hygiene and health-protection reasons, applicable cancellation or preference-based return rights may not cover sealed cosmetics, skincare, or personal-care products after the seal has been broken.
